Tvs Motorcycle-Star City Plus 110Cc — Low Mileage & after 2 km run engine very Heat

My name is Ajit Kumar, I have purchased a star city + 100 CC new bike vehicle no. UP 14 -8179 from GS Motors, Kirana Mandi, Ghaziabad on 22.03.2015 but till now mileage is given only 40-45. They are saying that after second service mileage given 65-70 approx. Since i have got third service done on 27.07.2015 & two time road test of my bike through agency given mileage only 50 but still given same mileage (40-45) and there are some problems of like engine heat & back tyre tight also since starting but problem has not being sort out till now like Road Clearance is low due to which there is a cracking sound. what will be do now i am not satisfied & very upset. please take necessary action and resolve my problem.
