TVS Motors — Spare Parts

I am Mithilesh Kumar, I have given my TVS JIVE for Servicing since 03/09/2015. I have reported problem with Head Lamp not working. Now they are saying Magnetic Coil need to be repair. Now Since then they are not getting required Parts for Replacement. During selling time they will tell bike and company every thing is number one. Service also very good. Now I am facing problem.If company is not supporting with spare parts as per Rule then they have to take back all the old bike. or provide some solution for it. I am very- very upset.
