Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Balaji.D from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, I own TVS Star City, I commute run my business with the help of my two wheeler only, I have been facing severe engine problems with my bike for past years, I have done services complaining all the issues but there's no use, I have spent so much of money on this to repair this bike, always engine automatically turns off whenever running, not getting started thru both self and kicker, complained about these issues several times but there's no proper response, I run my family trusting my by small scale business only, a bike is very important to that. But now I lost hope with this TVS Star City, a very frustrating incidents I faced because of your bike product. Once it was stopped working at Koyambedu I pushed this bike to my house from Koyambedu hardly sweating all the way, again a day it stopped working from a long distance from Pallavaram and same I pushed it from a long distance again. I am very much frustrated of this bike. No use of this bike anymore, kindly take it back and refund me, I would soon file a case against this issue.
