Subject:- Order ID IQ[protected], TVS Iqube DD GADGIL, REFUND OF CHARGER
Dear TVS, i DD Gadgil, with cell number [protected] has booked TVS IQube on 03 Oct 2021, and thereafter paid all amount online alongwith charger for Rs. 9450/- on 29 Oct 2021.
But at the time of delivery of Vehicle at Pore's showroom, at Sangli, the dealer said to me that the payment of the charger is not reflected in his records and he asked me to pay for the charger then. On the same day that is on 17 December 2021, I raised an issue with TVS and also with the dealer for the refund of the amount paid by me online for the charger.
Thereafter on numerous occasions i have raised the same concern with TVS and dealer, via email and by voice calls, i have visited the Showroom also on many occasions, but till date ( can u imagine) after a gap of 09 months also the amount is yet not refunded back to me.
Now I hereby request you to kindly provide me with the following data ASAP:-
1. The exact reason for non reflection of Price of charger at the time of delivery.
2. The reason for non refund of amount paid for charger in duplicate due to technical error from TVS side.
3. Why I have not been given any reply for my various emails (pls check the call and email data)
I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and provide me with the amount of price for charger as refund along with interest and a compensation 1, 00, 000/- for mental harassment and agony for 09 months.
For your information, I am a respectable individual, retired from the Indian navy after a long service of 20 years and presently settled at Sangli. I, being in my individual capacity, is giving you a period of 15 days from today 18 August 2022 for processing the refund along with interest and compensation as mentioned above, failure to respond from your side i am forced to send you a Legal Notice from a suitable lawyer.
