My TVS Ntorq (purchased in January 2022) would not start at all (premumably because of some faulty battery).
My scooty was towed to the service centre (TVS-Hindustan Autozone, Guwahati) on 19.03.2022.
Thereafter, I have not received any information on the status of my scooty, except on one ocassion when I called up multiple times, the service advisor told me that he will get back in an hour.
Thereafter, I have been waiting for them to get back to me.
I have called up the service centre (Ph. No.[protected]/77302) on multiple ocassions, but they do not even bother to receive the calls.
I am totally upset and at my wits end.
