TVS Tyres — Many cracks because of tyre bubble means tyre swelling

I bought Tvs Ntorq on 26 June 2018. Since My scooter has covered 15502 km distance till today(02/April/2023). Now I am facing problem in rear tyre of scooter in which Tvs original tyres are fitted rear tyre size is 110/80/12.
How can I claim for replace the tyre of my scooter.
