There is a slight crack in the back tyre of my bike. My tyre is under warranty but company rejected my claim without any reason

What is the warranty on 2 wheeler tyre ??? My tyres installed in my April 2020 Honda Activa 5g are not holding the punctures and every week I have to spend to put double punctures in the same place and yet your backend team is denying providing a replacement ... Is this the after sales service we expect from a brand like TVS. I have had bikes with MRF and Michelin tyres they are much better in providing quicker and faster resolution to our issue then your TVS company. Last week due to your faulty tyre I lost my balance and fell off from the bike luckily it was a bylane and I got saved. This is the first time I got a scooty with TVS tyres and I am having a harrowing experience getting a replacement. If you want to deny replacement then why do you offer 5 years warranty ??? Your tyres are not safe for Indian roads. In 3 years o[censored]se with only 6000kms they have developed cracks and yet your service centre says this is normal when it will fully tear or burst only then we will help you that too after seeing the condition. So you guys don't care about our lives and sell such horrible products to us. Very bad management... Never ever buying TVS tyres again.

Bought Honda unicorn 160 on September 2022 and it’s driven around 2300km so far.
It’s not even crossed a year and driven very less km but tvs back tyre got punctured on tyre valve. Have gone through Internet many people are facing similar issue.
It would be great if it’s get replaced with good one. Please do the needful. 🙏

This complaint pertains to manufacturing defect in rear tire of TVS Radion Motor Cycle bearing registration number UP14DX6D47 and chassis number ND625HF18J1P11104 purchased by us from Dhamija Enterprises Ghaziabad on 19th January 2019
The rear tire of the above motorcycle is cracked from many places, so for that, to change the tyre as per your warrantee clause, we were make a request to dealer M/s. Dhamija Enterprises Ghaziabad, they diverted me to tyre dealer M/s. Chaudhary Tyres Ghaziabad, Where he is refusing verbally but not ready to give me in writing.
Now no one is ready to escalate my complaint to manufacturer M/s. TVS Tyres.
You are a reputed brand and hope that you will take necessary steps and, please replace the said tyre and attend to our complaint immediately.

on 7th July air released from rear tyre and i went to the service centre next day. they gave me the letter for checking tyre and gave me the date and concern person whom to meet. The name was concern person Mr pragnesh - [protected]
Today i went for the resolving this. but the concern person said me please contact to your dealer and say him to do mail on TVS Tyre for all this. so I came back to the dealer and the dealer answer was we are not dealing in this any tyre fault.

we are requesting to you for resolving or replacement of tyre.

kindly request you to please look into this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible on urgent basis

I have purchased the TVS NTORQ on July 2019 and its only ran 7300km. Yesterday I serviced my scoter and ask the service team to resolve the issue, so they said we need to complain this in TVS tyres department. Please resolve this as, it is not in driving condition and dangrous to drive as a fear that the front tyre will burst if something enter the swelling part and I need to go office in my Scoter.

I purchased TVS Jupiter in 2019 since then every now and then rear tyre was having issue with air but no-one till 02 may 2023 told me that it was having manufacturing defect and now when it came to notice I visited TVS showroom and TVS tyre distributor for resolution but they also refused to replace the tyre and told that tyre will be replace with depreciation but my complaint is what if a person due to company negligence might have lost his life, everyone working in tyre shops knew that TVS tyre is having AIR gap issue but company is not bothered moreover I have to pay my hard earned money to cover up for company negligence. I will raise this issue until proper resolution is provided by the company.

I bought a new two wheeler HERO PASSION PRO BSIV from Hero Motocorp. So far I have covered 14500 kms. Now my back tyre has cracking half of the part and constantly leaking air.

Normally your tyres lost 40, 000 KMS.

Then how it will be possible.

Kindly check the tyre and replace as soon as possible.

I bought Tvs Ntorq on 26 June 2018. Since My scooter has covered 15502 km distance till today(02/April/2023). Now I am facing problem in rear tyre of scooter in which Tvs original tyres are fitted rear tyre size is 110/80/12.

I had purchased a Hero Passion Pro i3s Drum on 14/08/2020 . It has TVs tyres on both front and back 80/100-18. But now the front tyre is swollen at two points like a bubble. I had already filed a complaint on tvstyres.com but am not getting and response. And the website keeps showing ads not taking me through. Plz look into the matter.

Dear TVS tyre team,

I have purchased TVS Jupiter 3 years ago and it fitted with TVS tyre. But recently i noticed that, my vehicle TVS jupiter rear tubeless tyre has major cracks in center line. It's around 3 years i have purchased TVS Jupiter. Till now it ran 10, 000 kms only.

I have used other Tyre manufacture company's tyre and they gave service upto 50, 000 kms. Tvs jupiter tyre ran not even one forth of it and got damaged.
TVS company used bad product in Jupiter.

Your websites clearly says of 5 years warranty for tyre.
So, kindly arrange to replace the tyre immediately while warranty for TVS tyre is 5 years.
We pay a lot money to purchase a new product and receive a bad one.

I don't recommemend from now to buy tvs manufacturing goods.
