[Resolved] TVS Tyres — raised complaint 15 days back & still issue is not resolved | |||
15 days back I have raised a complaint regarding cuts in my TVS tyres, It was having 13 cuts. Still, the issue is not resolved, TVS salesperson told me to visit the local dealer in Pimpri area & he told me company (TVS) has a policy that if a tyre has less than 4 cuts then only they will replace else nothing. I have informed the TVS salesperson about that, he told me that engineer will come & will look into it, more than 10 days have gone but I have not received any call on it. If TVS cant replace my scooter tyre then pay me the money that I have put in making the puncture for those 13 cuts. For every cut, I have paid 100 rupees. It's very annoying.
