[Resolved] TVS Tyres — RC book not delivered even after two years of purchase of vehicle

A add related to the subject, I bought a TVS Scooty pep+ on March 2015.My dealer asked me to get the vehicle to him and have me the registration number. But, note I have cleared my emi and finance condition is also cleared. I didn't receive my RC book yet. Dealer is behaving in a very unmannered way.
