TVS Tyres — Rear tyre jumping and wobbling

My name is P.Kanakaraj. I am purchased Ampere Magnus Pro Electric Vehicle. Recently in my vehicle rear wheel tyre is jumping in running time, so can't observe the problem on my vehicle. After i'm complained in vehicle purchased showroom but in that showroom they didn't care my problem. Showroom person said that pay money and change new rear wheel tyre but my vehicle have warrenty. So i'm requesting you to change the rear tyre. In my vehicle tyre fully formed bubbles, so i'm adding the images of the tyres. I am trusted that TVS tyres was one of the best tyre but with in 1 year tyre formed bubbles, i'm fully irritated. I didn't expected this.
