I'd ordered JK TORNADO TUBETYPE TYRE (SET OF 4 PIECES) 155/70R13 on 26 Dec 15 (Order ID: TOW15126Dec430936). The cost of tyres Rs. 11197 and additional fitment charge Rs. 500. Which was paid by card. The fitment date as per site calendar was 28 Dec 15 between 1200 PM -1330 PM. But till today nothing has happened. In spite of repeated asking on phone the order copy was not also sent to my mail id till today. I gave a call on[protected] on 28 Dec 15 at 1400 hrs. Mr Babu spoke to me and said that Tyres will be fitted tomorrow i.e. 29 Dec 15. On 29 Dec 15 again I called on same no. and Mr. Babu said that his Sir Mr. Karan will call back. Mr. Karan called from [protected] and said tubetyres are not available he can fit tubeless. But I said then fit APOLLO tubeless tyre and I'll pay a difference. But that day to tyres didn't come and fitted. On 29 Dec I spoke to Mr. Babu, but he said this order is handled by Mr Karan and he will call me. I requested Mr. Babu to give mobile no. of Mr. Karan and the Mumbai party which is going to fit the tyre, but he refused and keep on saying that Mr. Karan will call me. But Mr. Karan didn't called till today i.e. 31 Dec 15 till 0600 PM. By reading all the review it is now understood this company is not good one, which keeps its promises as given in their site. It's good to see in videos but they have to come in actions too. I am waiting for them to fit tyres as per my order.
