Tyreonwheels.com — Non delivery of tyres and no response to phone | |||||
I have made full payment of Rs 20, 500/-online and booked a set of 4 tyres for my Honda city car on 07 Oct 15 at http://www.tyreonwheels.com after speaking to the customer care number [protected] given in website. Order No TOW14054Oct469872 Nobody has got back to me. Nobody responds on whatsapp number given +[protected] . I get recorded message from helpline that they will get back followed by sms but nobody gets back. I managed to speak to someone on [protected] on two occasions, who sounded convincing and promised delivery next day. This has happened twice. Now nobody answers phone. This company has very bad online reputation which sadly I have discovered too late. I want to cancel the order with immediate refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
