I had purchased bridgestone potenza giii 165/60/13 on[protected] by paying the full amount of rs 12848 bearing an order no tow15593feb254877 . I had called the customercare after a week of placing the order they said will get it in a week, from that day till now this fools have purposely created some problem to their phone and it is not getting connected, even they have blocked their mail id, now i don't have any idea how to contact this frauds, my existing tyres are bald and i am confused whether to buy new set of tyres or not, let them refund the money back so that i can buy some other tyres. Big fraud company, i have already spoken to my lawyer to file a case in consumer court.
