I purchased 4 Brigdestone sturdo tyres 195/60R15 (unconditional warranty) for my Toyota Corolla from an Authorised Dealer in Jamnagar, Gujarat on 14. The fitment was done by dealers outlet. My car was run on Highways and Good Roads for 11500 kms approx.
Recently on 17/06/24, just within 11 months of purchase and usage of 11500 Kms, I experienced on bumpy and uncontrolled drive, I made a stop to a tyre shop and got my tyres examined...

🚨 Urgent Message to the Community 🚨 Concerns with Bridgestone India's Dealer Treatment

Dear Community Members,

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experience as a dealer with Bridgestone Tyres in India. While reflecting on my longstanding association with the company, it's disheartening to note the disparities in dealer treatment, especially upon temporary cessation of partnership.

My experience with Bridgestone India has been challenging. The company's policy of imposing debit notes and deducting from our security deposits upon discontinuation of partnership is unfair and impacting my livelihood. It seems that Bridgestone India only has funds for those who continue working with the company, while neglecting fair treatment for those who choose to part ways.

I believe that equal treatment is crucial for fostering trust and fairness in business relationships. It is important to raise awareness about these issues and request fair treatment for all dealers. Transparency and fairness should be the cornerstone of any business relationship, and I urge Bridgestone India to reconsider its policies to ensure equitable treatment for all its partners.

My complaint is pending since long at Bridgestone wherein with the first complaint[protected] the Bridgestone Team took it wrongly & mentioned the reason of complaint as cut in the crown & submitted a wrong report to me (report attached). Post receiving the claim summary I raised a fresh complaint (3652417 on 20th Jan 2024) to counter the wrong claim summary stating the correct issue of Bulge in Tyre side wall. Now I am continously requesting the Bridgestone team by calling customer care, writing email to the Grievence officer & also calling & messaging the Technical support team but there is no update on my complaint. The Tye was sold to me with an assurance o[censored]nconditional warranty but I am not getting any support.

If the things donot resolve or I don't get any satisfactory solution to my complaint than I have no other option than reaching to the Consumer Court.

I got crack in my harrier companey fitted tyre in 7-8 month from buying of vehicle. Cracks came from inside the tyre which i make sure not a cut from external object.
When i register compain for claim bridgeatone service people are saying it cant replacable. I am not satisfy with answer and service.

we change a tyre few month ago we got crack in tyre within 2000km, when we talk your dealer gajanand motor ahmedabad he told them it is your tyre will not replace but as per i know you company provided a policy if you got crack within 2 year you will replace the tyre .

I had purchased one radial tyre of above size i.e. 155/65 R 13 B290 TL on July 02, 2022 From TRIMURTI TYRE, DAMANA, Bhubaneswar . Earlier I was made to understand that Bridge Stone tyre is the best one in terms of performance and safety . So strong was my belief that I had purchased another tyre of Bridge Stone Make and fitted in my car on 11/05/23. But the Myth has been unraveled on 15/05/2023. On 15/05/2023, I met with a serious accident due to the failure of the above mentioned tyre purchased on 02/07/2022. The said tubeless tyre was fitted in the front side opposite of Driver side. But suddenly the the vehicle pulled towards left side and fell down 15 feet below the high way and took 3 somersaults before resting on side doors. I had checked tyre pressure in Bhubaneswar petrol pump after 5 k.m. of commencement of journey. Three o[censored]s were there in the vehicle during the time of accident. By god's grace we miraculously escaped with minor injuries . After accident I found that the tyre in question had been totally deflated and the sidewall of the tyre had a big hole. It is a mystery why tubeless tyre should fail abruptly and that too a new tyre less than one year old. After going through a lot of reviews in internet, I am sure this was surely due to poor quality of the tyre being manufactured by your company. A lot of complaints regarding quality issues of your tyres is in public domain and I am another victim. I would never ever buy Bridge stone again and would never recommend it to any one in my life time. Pl. do not play with the lives of gullible customers and try to produce best quality tyres only and rectify manufacturing defects seriously .

The vehicle running is only 38000 and the 20 month passes from date of purchase still the tyre having a defect that the puncher is happening again and again and whenever we remove puncher that time side to that the tigre get puncher so something is detected...

I am writing this email to bring to your attention the misbehavior of one of your staff members at Bridgestone India Private Limited. On 29/03/2023 I had visited your Kumar tyar noida office for a meeting with one of your sales executives, Mr. Mohan During the meeting, I was shocked by the behavior of one of your staff members, who was present in the room.

The person in question was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. He constantly interrupted our conversation and spoke in a condescending tone. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I tried to bring, but he did not take any action to stop his colleague's behavior.

I was deeply disappointed by this experience, especially since I have always respected and admired Bridgestone as a brand. I am sure that this kind of behavior is not reflective of your company's values and ethos.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate the incident thoroughly. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action against the staff member in question and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Mere Bridgestone ka tyre hai jisme gaddi 5 saal ka hai jisme gaddi chala nhi hai tyre 85 present chala hai

My name is Harish kumar .I bought brand new ertiga in may 2022 and Bridgestone tyres installed with it .after 3 months i face problem regarding tyre bluging, and complaint in company but they didn't resolved it, now again same problem with other tyre this time I am going to consumer court .

I purchased Tata Nexon on 27th Jan 2023.
While driving on speed of 10 km/hour it burst on road and it was on 5th of Feb 2023.
Dealer Sagar Motors Noida denied to accept the fault that they are providing any duplicate or faulty product.
After lot of argument, they raised complaint at Bridgestone India and said they will directly communicate through your mobile and we will not be involved.
I never received any communication...

Worst tyre just bought xuv300 one month ago the tyre got tear and the dealer says that's doesn't cover warrenty the tyre has a cut, the company mahindra or the dealer do not register your tyre beacuse they buy tyre from companies at bulk and that is the reason when your tyre have some issue they do not cover it under warrenty. And the bridgestone dealer says we cannot do anything as your tyre has not been registered, the car dealer do not register your tyre because the company mahindra buy tyre in bulk and low cost this is the reason that doesn't cover warrenty And if you purchase through dealer the same tyre thay provide unconditional warrenty and they do register your tyre and the warranty is applicable. Mahindra this is how they do cost cutting. I had to purchase the tyre in emergency. Just because my warrenty was not register.

Two tyres are damaged they were purchased just 5 months ago and now the engineer is saying tyre is not available and he is giving us a lower quality tyre suggestion but the thing is the tyres were too expensive to be damaged in such a short span of time the tyres were not even punctured once no accidents roads are good here too still 2 tyres damaged i have complain numbers too 11377 for the first tyre and 11595 for the second tyre . I purchase the Tata Altroz XE in Feb 2022 and Tata Motors provide me the tyre of Bridgestone Tyre India. So in the month of December 2022 I found Bubble In Tyre in Just 8 Months of Vehicle and I inform the same to Vehicle Dealer Auto Vikas Faridabad where they lodge my complaint to Bridgestone Tyre India.
After lodge of my complaint one person Mr. Devender Singh inform me that my claim for tyre has been rejected without proper information.
The quality of tyre is so poor and behavior of executive is so poor.
Kindly replace my vehicle tyre as soon as possible without any further delayance.
