Hello Sir / Madam, I had placed an order (number TOW14323Oct848124) for 2 car tyres on 21Oct2015. It has costed me Rs 5, 650.00. I have been waiting since. Because of the delay in processing(waited for 20 days), I called the customer care and requested for cancellation. But I have not received any refund. To follow up, most of the time, I am unable to reach them over phone. tens of email gets no response. Once I somehow got to speak with a customer care representative and he told me to call at around 2pm. Again I could not reach then at that time and only a automated message telling that all representatives are busy kept repeating. I don't know hot to get my money back. Please help.
