One of the worst products that I regret purchasing. Product was damaged when it was delivered and post multiple chasers someone came and replaced the parts. I have used it only for 6 months and all of a sudden they claim that the MCB has to be replaced with an additional charge of 7k which is completely atrocious. Durafit tries to rob the people by charging a visit fee of 700 INR and post identifying the fault they ask for another visit fee within a span of 5 days along with part replacement. To top it up the person incharge of consumer complaints “Adarsh” talks as if he is the last resort a consumer can reach out to, directly declines my request to talk to his manager. Multiple emails sent to his manager turn out to be a waste of time as he doesnt care to respond.
