After a month of purchase both wheels of cross trainer broke and reached out for customer support for spares and no proper response even after multiple follow ups

Please send me the parts immediately either cash on delivery or upfront payment .

I have had a really bad experience with customer service & the product build quality is not satisfactory. Need to fix this immediately .

One of the worst products that I regret purchasing. Product was damaged when it was delivered and post multiple chasers someone came and replaced the parts. I have used it only for 6 months and all of a sudden they claim that the MCB has to be replaced with an additional charge of 7k which is completely atrocious. Durafit tries to rob the people by charging a visit fee of 700 INR and post identifying the fault they ask for another visit fee...

I have raised a complaint on Durafit Champion Treadmill regarding the sound while running.
Krithika from customer care has registered my complaint and arranged a technician. I have sent many messages to Karnataka region sales manager, but no one called me back.
After the technician visited he told there is a bolt connecting the frame that got loose and needed to be replaced.

When I checked with your customer service again they are telling the 100kg person can't able to run, he can only walk. But your description while selling is 120kg person can run and 150kg person can walk. I have attached the product description as well.
It is just a month and you are not giving a proper after sales service.

On 24th October I received a email from customer care that they will look into the issue. but till now no one has visited or contacted me.
