U P Scholarship — regarding up scholarship

I have registered for up scholarship. But its showing suspect saying that roll no. Not matched. And i have entered correct information. Moreover the samaj kalyan department has also not contacted me for verification of the same.
My future depends upon this scholarship. I belong to cbse board.

This is happening to almost every cbse student as their roll number is not being matched.
