U. S. Polo Assn — Color of t-shirt faded away

I have purchased a t-shirt from u. s. polo assn store situated in world trade park, jaipur. after some wash (i don't specifically remember how many) the color of t-shirt faded away. i went to the store and told them about it and demanded exchange as there is warranty on merchandise for about 3 months. they took the t-shirt and told us that it will take about 7 days to complete the process. when we enquired about the product, they said that it won't be replaced. they said that company don't give warranties on t-shirts, it's only on shirts.in the addition they also told us that they have changed the return time from 3 months to 2 months in january only.

I purchased this t-shirt on[protected] and they registered my complain on 2-7-2016. so technically i was in 3 months radius.

I want to exchange the t-shirt as the company provide warranty on it.
