To, The Head Merchandize Sales US Polo Assn. India I am a loyal customer o[censored]S Polo products. I have had a horrible experience at your US Polo Store in India - Ahmedabad (CG Mall, CG Road). Here are the details, I has spotted a trouser at the mall in Ahmedabad - India and liked it However the size was a bit unfitting and hence I had a doubt in my mind. I visited the US Polo store at CG Road, Ahmedabad to take their consent and advice/ or buy it from them. They didnt have the color. I asked them if i could buy it there and if they could have the alterations made. This was primarily because they exclusively do it for US Polo products. They said a yes and hence I bought it. They even said that they would charge me a fee for it which I agreed to. And now they have screwed the trouser that its not worth wearing. Who is responsible for this damage? They have the audacity to say that, "Its a franchise and we will not help you".. is that how a brand functions? I need a reply and a resolution to the damage!!
