Updated by sonisubhashzz This happened yesterday with me and my family, we went for shopping to buy some clothes in this U S POLO ASSN store in Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, assam. and this store manager who call himself as the STORE OWNER behaved in a very rude manner when we asked him about the exchange policy, he behaved with all foul languages that too in front of my family including females/ladies, this kind of behaviour with customer is not accepted..
when i asked him to talk one at a time, the store owner blasted on us in a very in appropriate manner, he also shouted 'get out' to us.. I mean he have no right to behave with this to any one no matter how rich or poor that guy is, and we all had been there to buy clothes after paying money, not for free, so how does one have this odacity to behave in such a illiterate manner..
one more scene happened with me when i last went to the store to get my jacket exchange, and the same guy showed his color..
i request u all to please take an immediate ACTION in this matter.
