Cancellation was done by your their driver named: ishwar on the 8th july 2016. The cab came into the building with three people and i had already booked the pool for two people.
Secondly, we asked the driver and he kept us waiting for good 15 minutes, stating that he need to check with your bloody support team and then he himself cancelled the cab.
They did not check with the driver once and asked me to pay rs.80 for cancellation without any reason.
Apart from that you had already charged me rs.80 few days ago even when the driver did not arrive on time. That was also not my fault. Was this information helpful? |
