Dear sir/madam,
My name is ambesh kumar lal and i wanna complain against uber.com a cab services provider that
Today on 8th february 2018 i booked a cab from om sai enclave to new ashok nagar itds nearby noida 15 metro station and its confirm that i have to pay only 420 includes all other taxes by cash and then i confirmed my booking,
But when i reach new ashok nagar,
The driver took 588/- for this travel forcely and said-
It's an accurate charges so you will have to pay the same amount which is 588 otherwise you can't leave and then
I paid him due to afraid.
Sir it's a big fraud o[censored]ber.com
Making fool the people and taking more money according their need.
Sir i took 200 through my neighbour and paid him 588.
So i complain you about their fraud cab services due to that i spread my hand to oyhers because i had only 500/- that time.
Sir what could i do if there was no arrangement of 200 extra demanded fraudly.
I request you please do something otherwise theirs frauds will be continue!
