Uber Gadgets — Regarding Consumer Fraudulent

I have bought a product from uber gadgets through ebay.in on last august 1st. And i have received a wrong product of which i have mentioned. Even though i registered number of complaints against that company to ebay, they didn't even taken a single action. Still now i am trying to contact that company. Simply they are neglecting my calls and mails. Please take a legal action from yourside or else these guys will keeps on making a fake business.
