Ubi Atm — Withdrawn alert has come but I didn't get the money

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala, 683572

I have tried to withdraw rs 2000 from UBI ATM angamaly branch
I didn't get the money it said it is self servicing and kindly visit other ATM
SMS came to my mobile that i have withdrawn rs2000 but I didn't get the money what should I do ?
Kindly provide a better solution to get my money back
( I have used this ATM on 9 /01/2017 at 6.16 pm)waiting for your reply

Today i am goes to bank of barada atm withdrawal to my money 800 but the money is not withdrawal and the received in not able to process and not register account but my mobile message display is 800 is withdrawl till today .please refund my money. Otherwise ubi account is blocked please
