UBI — Receipt not received

Sir,
I have paid premium through 'ubi online'
policy no.[protected] amount 662.4 dt. 19th Jan 2017 through UBI Net banking.last date to pay was 25.1.2017 and amount was 647, but I have paid 662.4 including late fee.

pl.send me online receipt to my email.

My acc No is[protected]. Mob no [protected].
Mobile recharge attempted from bsnl app .Amount was debited from ubi wallet creating a problem like " u havephavepressed back button etc".
It napped in past also.very bad experience with this wallet.
