Ucn — Broadband issue unresolved after multiple contacts

I have raised complaint on 3rd of July as modem and router is not working, i have done recharge on the same date for 590 INR. Technician should be visiting at home an fix the issue. I have made multiple contacts to them and they are with the same response as complaint escalated to the higher management. I just need to have my wifi working smooth that's all. I don't need your explanation. Resolve my wifi issue as soon as possible.
