More then 24 hrs have passed, still no sign of fixing the problem. The area cable provider is very rude and is not willing to restore the connection. More then 4 times I have contacted UCN directly about this still nothing has been done. I have call recordings for all the above, also tried reaching out to UCN corporate but they did not pick up my call.

The service is very poor every time the fiber cable gets cut. Not good at all very bad experience.

The broadband gets off every alternate day and reason I get to know from the support is every time is same the cable is cut aslo the service provider is not at all helpful and doesn’t speak good. We have to face this issue every alternate day and it takes more than 3-4 hr to resolve due to this our work get impacted it not at all accepted we take this Ucn broadband not for the this that everything it shows ‘NO INTERNET’ please improve your service is not at all good.

Poor service form cable operator, because of area devided they monopoly...

Very bad service……worst service I’ve ever seen

I have raised complaint on 3rd of July as modem and router is not working, i have done recharge on the same date for 590 INR. Technician should be visiting at home an fix the issue. I have made multiple contacts to them and they are with the same response as complaint escalated to the higher management. I just need to have my wifi working smooth that's all. I don't need your explanation. Resolve my wifi issue as soon as possible....

UCN is turning out to be and utterly unreliable Broadband service. The calls are also seldom answered. Every time when the call was picked by the lady she is just plain rude.
Everyday during the late hours the internet would turn off without any reason and the I could not get any help from UCN altogether.

They are not providing the 50mbps speed as promised plus no one is doing anything about this. Also the customer care does not even respond to calls.

Iam complaining to the operator since past 6 months still they are not working on it, and we are paying them rs 330 per month still they behave like this..
I want strict action on them, and even when i call them they (Owner) didnt pick up my call..
I want this issue to be solved quickly

Ucn local cable operator mr. Sanjay sune, mob. [protected], resi. At post - shirasgaon - kasba, tq. Chandur bazar, dist. Amraoti, maharashtra, india, pin code - 444810 is troubling me uptill today dated 6.4.19 even after making a full cable payment on 28.3.19 @2.30 pm for the month 'april 2019' to activate the subscription on ucn stb no./ mac id 67332401. Dear sir

I am bearing ucn in connection at my house since few years. I had been constantly complaining to my cable operator about the fluctuations problem in many channels. We were paying 250 per month since connection commenced. Honestly saying that i thought to discontinue the ucn services because of this problem they couldn't solve till date. Still i gave them chance by opting rs.400/- plan on 30.3.19 (Paid him by paytm) but the same problem persists.

My parents are senior citizens ageing nearly 70. I don't want them to suffer any further. Please solve this issue at earliest.

My cable operator mr prithvi pal from ucn is not providing me the list of channels to be subscribed despite repeated reminders. He is also very rude whenever a complaint is made and refuses to address the issue. As per the trai guidelines we should get only selected channels but we get those which they feel like showing and not others. This is a clear violation and should be addressed. Also he refuses to provide us a timeline or the list of channels to be selected.
