This is a blatant act of misconduct from UCN India.
I renewed my monthly internet subscription from UCN on the 16th of July 2022 after speaking to UCN representative and confirming their service.
Post activation, I was informed that their local partner in Jabalpur is not responding, and therefore my service through active from their end can not be restored.
I have asked them to return my amount of ₹.590 which I have paid for the subscription but they have flatly declined to return my amount.
Here, I've been cheated and the money was paid on the pretext of service which is not been provided and even flatly denied.
Here, the issue is not limited to ₹. 590/- but the time they kept dragging and the money which I have lost due to loss of projects and jobs within the timeframe.
I request the authority to take cognizance of this issue as it's not just a matter of money, but the ethics and morals of them and their partners.
