I want to inform you that the cable connection in my house is interrupted for the last 3-4 days and inspite of telephonic calls at the operators office, no one is responding and looking into the matter.
The issue is extremely irritating and frustating. Details are given below:

Our tv is not having supply of signals from the cable ucn. Kindly get it repaired asap.

Sir, , earlier days I have replaced my old setup box with new HD box..but from that day I am suffering from your cable service.. so I have given complaint to your local cable office..they attend immediately and dismantle the box for repairing..After one week again attached the same...but again still it is not working . so you are kindly requested to change this HD setup box with new one.. or do something as your best at your end...otherwise I will exit from your UCN CABLE SERVICE...UMESH DARVEKAR AT-JAWAHARNAGAR DIST- BHANDARA

This is a blatant act of misconduct from UCN India.
I renewed my monthly internet subscription from UCN on the 16th of July 2022 after speaking to UCN representative and confirming their service.
Post activation, I was informed that their local partner in Jabalpur is not responding, and therefore my service through active from their end can not be restored.
I have asked them to return my amount of ₹.590 which I have paid for the subscription but they have flatly declined to return my amount.
Here, I've been cheated and the money was paid on the pretext of service which is not been provided and even flatly denied.

Here, the issue is not limited to ₹. 590/- but the time they kept dragging and the money which I have lost due to loss of projects and jobs within the timeframe.

I request the authority to take cognizance of this issue as it's not just a matter of money, but the ethics and morals of them and their partners.

Being from business background myself, i would say that i have been barely satisfied with service in the past 1yr and i have been using since it was new in the area. there is no stability with the network, team coordinates come they fix and they go, rest again we suffer. yes i will mention name one of a UCN team member Mr. Rishikesh, when we connect him for queries he keeps talking with less listening to us, he does not even put the request further like the way we don’t get a msg and that’s not a standard of running business because when we spent then only you guys run so please understand that too. its been 1 week i shifted in new house and facing the same problem and hence getting disturbed with my work at home. i hope this feedback reaches you! and yes i am also a gamer there also i got to suffer. ( customer retention?)

I am trying to connect to a ucn cable operator named Sushil no[protected]/+[protected]. Though he is responding to my calls but the cable connection is yet not done. I am really frustrated with this UCN service.

There has been lot of problem regarding the Internet connection, there is no speed as promised. It gets disconnected frequently. I am working from home, and I have to use my mobile Internet. I wonder why I am paying my hard earnedmoney to UCN.Most hopeless service it is. Moreover they do not even respond at their customer service centre. Even if someone attends the call at their end they do false promises. I do not have any other Internet service in my area. I am just compelled to use this fraudulent network service.
Kindly pay heed to my complaint and get my issue resolved as soon as possible.

I Shubham darunde mob. No [protected] .I'm using Ucn brodband but it is not working properly when ever I call customer care they are not responding my answer and no one is coming to solve my issue . please return my recharge and installation money back to me I will choose another brodband service.

I am using USN broadband from last six months but yesterday when I try recharge it show deactivated account after talking to ucn customer care they activated my account and I paid for one month recharge but there is no internet after talking to them whole day they said the operator stop providing ucn service, so I ask what now so they they said we going to shift to new operator . And new operator ask me for connection money and advanced payment of six months . Now I want my recharge money and fix connection. And refund from ucn

Since 2 days I called up for ucn cable complaint but no one came to resume my complaint. Please reply asap.. register Mb no [protected].

Whenever we switched on TV most probably it shows an Error300.No signal. Customer service is just an useless. No one can answer our call

I am connected to the router with LAN cable and Wifi however, It still says no Internet.
When I called the UCN broadband support, I was hung up by the Female agent. This is not the first time this same lady has been absolutely rude and unhelpful.
When I tried calling again I was hung up again as she recognised my voice.
If this the kind of customer service I am going to get, which is very unreliable and disgusting to say the least. I would be required to look at other options.

I paid cable money before due date(on 29th sept), but money returned on my account on 30th sept. and cable connection cut on 1st october in morning without any call from cable office, when i am trying to pay online payment but the paying amount is double.after calling many times to cable office no one is responding or full day phone is busy... so how i can pay double amount if i paid money in every month so resolve my complaint soon

Sir, your broadband are not working. Means wifi is on but they did not connect with phone. They saw "internte not available".

I have been calling each and every ucn service phone numbers and none of the phone calles are being answered.
Even if the phone is answered the employees are not serving with the information i need and just give me another phone number which again is not being answered.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE EVEN MERE NECESSARY SERVICE WHY EVEN BOTHER TO ADVERTISE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES!!!

This is to inform you that i am currently using the ucn broadband service i am paying for 60mbps plan but i didn't get speed more than 500kbps, i informed about this issue to my service provider since long but he never resolved this..

My set top box not showing all channels. We are paying bill time to time in every month although service is not proper. Even when i went to their office he said, that we will send our man to resolving your issue. Whole day is finish but nobody came from there.

This is to inform you that, all channels including free to air not showing from 10th of march. I have been complaining since two months but no one responses. I have been calling multiple people o[censored]cn in manish nagar area but no one attended the complaint and continuously speaks lie. I also complaint to ho office at ramdaspeth on toll free and hindustan colony office also.
I am very much upset from your services. So please look into the matter urgently.

Very poor service by UCN in Yavatmal.
Nobody picks call for complaint here. UCN not telecasting free channels like DD national at my home. Kindly solve the issue earliest.

I am prakash jat, resident of mankapur having ucn connection, have a complain regarding channel not showing, i many time call to operator mr.vikas, but he always denied to see error, saying that he had connected my connection with another supplier will change after two days, i repeatedly calling him that we have to see ramayan on dd national but dd national showing error no signal .dd national is free to air and it should be seen on t v .
Mr.vikas always ask for payment but never attend call timely.yesterday he rudly denied to showing me payment book and list of channel provided by UCN on my recharge, it means he is misguiding us and not properly rechargig for me thats why many channel not showing...and now today on 2/04/2020 my connection had been cut out...i request you please bring back your UCN box and return my money while i paid for coonection rs.2000/-

The issue is extremely irritating and frustrating. We have brought the pack for 30 days and already paid the amount for the desired pack
But we are not able to avail the service fro the last 3-4 days

I request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and extend our pack for 3 days as the the matter is not solved even after several reminders to the cable operator-Sai UCN Cable Operator.Manish Nagar.Worst operator.

They are taking advance monthly charges and after that they deactivate the channels for 3 to 4 days and not even lift the phone calls.in this way they are saving 3 to 4 days money in a very legal manner.
This is happening every month.
Kindly look in to this serious issue.
Otherwise we need to opt for other service providers.
Please take some severe action.

Actually i need to pay rs.154 for february and march 2019 even if there is no activation of channels have been selected before, we are ok with this. But as per your office staff they have charged even extra charges from rs.154 to rs. 256 for the month of march as there were no plan activation have been made and didn't get any confirmation for this any from your side.

And there were no ucn app i found is working fine even after long time after trai's new rules. And now the app has been removed from play store completely. How's a customer can trust on that nonsense app regarding chanel selection confirmation which is not in existence recently.

My question is why should i give extra rs. 256 for the month of march 2019. This is very disappointing and for this you tell me why shouldn't i skip ucn services and opt another.

I request you to please have look in to this otherwise i will need to take action against your ucn services.

I am old customer o[censored]cn cables and give regulars monthly payments against service.
But from 4 day all channels has stopped.

I want to contact ucn help no on [protected], [protected], [protected]

And also local ucn person sausar chhindwara on [protected] but nobody responding and not attended issue.

Dear sir,
When, i am selecting channels, first by ucn app, it shows ₹454, then by trai application channel selector, it shows ₹389, with same channel selection list name.

I am here attached the screenshot of both ucn & trai application.

Why the amount is differ for ucn & trai.

Also the notice display in the cable office, ₹0.80 is the ncf charge/per channel. Such type of notice, notification is not found in ucn & trai website.

Please correct us, either ucn is right or trai.

Please solve queries as soon as possible.

If you don't have an answer, then same queries forwarded to the trai.

As per trai - mrp of ncf (Network capacity) 100 channel
Including 25 mandatory channels of doordarshan.

From 5-6days before i call to our cable operator for hd package subcribe
They are not recieving our calls every time divert/switch off mobile
On payment day first come at home morning... I had paid money 5days before...
