UCN Cable Network — Worst Service Ever.

It's been more than 15 days, my complaint is not addressed. From last 15 days whenever I wish to watch TV, i am getting an error saying, " Signal Not Found". I tried to connect with the area distributor but it seems he is enjoying seeing us suffer. From last 5 days i am calling UCN customer care every day for the same issue and every time I call the CC guy asks set top box number and says, he has checked with the distributor and he will address the issue.
But the funny part is, the distributor never called me to check the issue and when I tried to connect with him, he never answered my calls.
Out of 1 months pack for almost 20 days we are just seeing a single message on screen and that is "Signal Not Found".
No one from the company actually care about the customers.
And this is not the first time I'm facing this. From last 9 months every alternate day i have to check with the distributor for the Signal.
It's like UCN has a policy that every time a customer wish to watch TV, he should take permission from them. If they allow you then only you can watch. And the worst thing is even if you are ready to take permission, no one is available to answer your calls.
If even after buying a pack of 1 month, we are not allowed to watch TV for almost 20 days. I am not interested in continuing with UCNs services. The company is not willing to extend my pack to compensate for days we suffered.
I currently have UCN cable as well as brodband services. I am discontinuing both the services.
