UCN Cable Network Complaints & Reviews

It's been more than 15 days, my complaint is not addressed. From last 15 days whenever I wish to watch TV, i am getting an error saying, " Signal Not Found". I tried to connect with the area distributor but it seems he is enjoying seeing us suffer. From last 5 days i am calling UCN customer care every day for the same issue and every time I call the CC guy asks set top box number and says, he has checked with the distributor and he will address...

Ucn cable network amravati took full money from my mother for wifi connection and never came back to install a wifi connection....

Nobody picks call for complaint here. Ucn box not provide from last two weeks, couple of time he gives reason for deny the work.

And daily give hope to i will do today...
Shame on the service not given even in this lockdown situation where tv is only source of information and entertainment for family....

Ucn cabel network nagpur has suddenly stop showing channels on there cabel network and ask people to pick package that they created and subscribed to it forcefully. After refusing to select package they ask to leave the office.
As trai guideline says user must be able to select channel that they want but they are forcing people to select there package which they form and this does not include channel we want.
Please provide...
