My cable operator mr prithvi pal from ucn is not providing me the list of channels to be subscribed despite repeated reminders. He is also very rude whenever a complaint is made and refuses to address the issue. As per the trai guidelines we should get only selected channels but we get those which they feel like showing and not others. This is a clear violation and should be addressed. Also he refuses to provide us a timeline or the list of channels to be selected. Was this information helpful? |
