Uco Bank — amazon payment refund not yet received

I purchased two products from amazon through online debit card payment method and the order was successfully placed but after some issue i had to cancel the both orders then i got a mail from amazon stating that they refunded the money for both the orders. I placed the order on 18th may 2020 but i haven't received my refund yet please help
Its been 4 days since i cancelled the order from amazon and i have not received the refund amount yet. I received several mails from amazom stating that they have processed the refund amount but i haven't received the amount yet and in the mail it is also stated that usually the refund amount takes 3-4 days depending on the bank to reflect the amount in the account but its been 4 days now and there is no refund yet. Uco bank taking too long.
