Uco Bank — amount deducted but cash not received

Dear sir/madam
I pawan went to sbi atm with uco bank debit card on 12-oct-2017. I tried to withdraw amount 10, 000 rupees but i could not received cash from atm but my account was deduced with 10, 000 rupees. I also received a slip with a message sorry unable to process. I tried at 20;05 on 12 sep 2017 from gautam vihar delhi atm. I have not received my money yet after 2;30 hours. Please try to return my money.
