Uco Bank — ATM does not dispense cash but deducted

Tried to withdraw cash from ATM and it deducted the amount of 10000 but it did not dispense any cash
Transaction recepit is as following ;

Rs. 10, 000.00 withdrawn on UCO Bank Card XX8852 on[protected], 12:12:00 at SANSKRITI FILLING STAT, GWALIOR ATM ID- NFUC0000.Avl Bal Rs. 84, 528.39.Report Dispute-https://bit.ly/3y39tLP
