Dear sir/madam My name is shankar kumar and dob 15.10.1996. My uco bank account no. Is [protected] and i applied for bihar student credit card through govt. Of bihar. I attached the document for eligibility. But last 20 days my document laying in uco bank (Ifsc code ucba0002353). My document not forwarded by bank manager after verification. Hello sir this is my uco bank debit card no. 6070.6615.5800.6905 I lost it few days earlier so I blocked it now I found it and I want to unblock it again so please help me in unblocking this.
