Cheque # 908033 deposited with UCO bank TRTC Agartala branch(Br code 1838) on 4th Feb but due to errors /operational inefficiencies of bank officials the cheque is still pending for clearance.Complaint has been raised on UCO bank portal .Complaint number P[protected]TRTC_AGART038 and even the matter has been escalated to GM operations and chief grievance redressal officer. Still no action. Bank should credit the cheque immediately along with penal interest. A cheque has 3 months validity and for one month the cheque has been lying with UCO bank.
