Uco Bank — Debited but order not placed through Amazon.in

Dear sir
my account number is [protected], IFSC UCBA0001337, on 15.4.2017 rupes 132 has debited from my account but my order has not placed through amazon portal.
On the date of 18.4.2017, amazon give me a refund reference number which is 74332747106710550911751 & told me that my refund is automatically credit to my account, but till today no money has credited.I contact my bank branch but they failed to solved my problem, please help me
