Wish to reactivate a dormant account with uco bank, toll free help line operator suggested contacting base branch. Base branch does not respond to calls, or e-mails. I have moved (Currently in mysore) from my base branch location (Jagruti vihar, burla, sambalpur) and wish to resolve it via communication and e-kyc.
