Uco Bank — Harassing me by office staff.

I have honour to inform you that i have been facing huge problem due to the Accountant of this bank branch.i have been visiting this branch since 7 days for creation of new account but every time the accountant of this branch refused to give me account opening form.When i asked him why he refused to give me account opening form.he replied that after 10 A.M . They not give account opening form this is official rules .The accountant of this branch told me .when i told this matter to the branch manager of this branch .he ignoring me .Now i have a question to UCO Bank official - who give them the authority not to give account opening form after 10 A. M. I cordially request to UCO Bank official please give punishment this wicked accountant.this UCO Bank branch is situated in Town-sarthebari, Dist-Barpeta, State-Assam, pin-781307
