Uco Bank — I'm complaining about refund money issue

I avrodita dam savings account holder [protected] o[censored]co bank belghoria branch. On 21 sept. At 23-05 hrs. I want to transfer rs.570/- from said a/c to my paytm wallet. Uco bak informed through sms that amount 570/- deducted from my sb account. But paytm authority informed that said amt. Not credided in paytm wallet due to technical fault o[censored]co bank. I communicate with uco bank castomer care on the same day, they told me that winthin 24 hours they credited my amount 570/- in my sb a/c back.. But till now i have not received any amount from uco bank.. Plz check the issue and solve it as soon as possible. Pl. See the attachment as ready reference. Anxiously awaiting your reply.
