Uco Bank — immediate amount of rs 5135.50 was debited from my account number [protected] on 1 nov 2017 but payment was not completed

Dear team

This is very inconvenient from your side that amount of rs 5135.50 was debited immediately from my account but no payment was done
Same was reported to bm but no proper action has been taken

This is very urgent and i need my money as now it has been more than 15 days o don't get my money back and as per the banking policy reveals should be done within 48 hrs

No customer relationship and no concern towards what difficulties a person can face when the money get blocked
