[Resolved]  Uco Bank — money deducted from account but didn't get money from the atm machine

I tried to withdraw 100 rupees at first, which was cancelled by the atm machine saying "contact your bank". So, i tried to withdraw again with 200 rupees. Again, the machine displayed the notice "contact your bank".
But, as soon as i came out, total 342 rupees was deducted (121 + 221 rupees).
I contacted the bank's customer care number which was not working at that time, but didn't get the refund.
Because of this, i was not able to purchase some items here at my college.
I have uploaded the bank statement that clearly displays the money deducted.
