Uco Bank — non functioning of bank

It is hereby to inform you that i mr zahinur islam resident of mankachar, dist - s. S. Mankachar, assam who is also a valued customer o[censored]co bank wants to put a serious non functioning issue of the bank. The bank doesn't operate when there is any power failure in the locality. It is not at all exceptable in this modern era. The people of this locality is facing a very hard time regarding bank transaction. I being a businessman need to visit bank everyday and rarely get the work done. And if anyone ask why is it so they simply say no electricity and the generator is not functioning. This is total nonsense.
So i would like to ask your favour to look into this matter as early as possible and resolve it for the betterment of the people of mankachar.
