Uco Bank — non transaction through atm

I have made transaction of rs 5000-00 on dated 16/10/2017 at 5:42pm through atm. Unfortunately i haven't received any amount from atm. But the same amount has been debited from my account no. [protected] kindly do necessary action to credit the same amount in my account
