Uco Bank — pension not credited for nov 2017

My father “mr subhash chander wadhawan” was an employee with uco bank.
He expired on 14 november 2017.

Pension is transferred to my mother “mrs. Adarsh wadhawan” from december 2017 onwards.

For november month, as my father was alive for half of the month, so his account should be credited for half month’s salary.
And for rest of the month, my mother should get her share.

Kindly let us know the details for not transferring any pension to my mother or father’s account for november 2017.

My mother visited uco bank rohini branch multiple times, but the employees are not able to provide any reason for this.
