Uco Bank — process failed during transection of 4000

Dear sir,

Process failed during transection of 4000. Failed both process and amount didn't get out from atm.
Respected uco manager sir
I want inform you that my atm transection failed on 21/09/17 at 17:30 due to atm technical problem. Due to that reason transection of amount 4000 from atm failed both time and amount debited from my account but i didn't get amount from atm. Kindly take action and refund my amount in my account.

Sir, I am Vivek s/o Mohan Singh thakur account holder of your uco bank my account number [protected]. Date 12/09/2017, I payed rupees 1130 online to test series of made easy institution but my transaction was failed and amount is reduced in my account so please take some action about it so that amount will be return my account.
