Uco Bank — refund of rs 9900/-

My self raksha rampal having account in ucobank bsf tekanpur.
Date of incident:30sept2017 rs5000/-and 11oct rs 4900/-deducted from my account.30sept at evening (6.30pm approx) from sbi atm risalibranch, and 11oct at evening (6.30pm) from laxmi medical store. Amount 4900/-.in both cases macine failto give amount but amount deducted from my account. Plse reimburse my amount. Ialready give letter to bank. Plse help.
