Uco Bank — rejecting the rtgs with out any reason of govt office | |||
Sir, We have an govt. Saving account in uco bank summerkot rohru shimla with ifsc code ucba0001406. We are facing problem with the staff for behavior towords a govt office requests. Many time they refuses or rejected the transaction requests with any minor nominal reason. As we are already dealing with the other banks even with one of other uco bank near by. We have requested them to made rtgs and we provided a official lettter requesting them to make transactions. Once they rejected a cheque with office letter beacuse of we have mention in cheque "yourself" other detail were given in attached letter. And other many more incident happing like this only. We are from a govt office and they just rejecting the request. We have to deal in remote area and it takes time to send a letter n get signed from official. Due this the official work of our organisation is drastically affecting and further it is requesting kindly do the needful for making it smooth.
